Contact Hasner Law for Help
The workers’ compensation system was established to protect workers as well as employers. It was designed to provide injured workers with medical care and replace wages lost because of work-related illnesses and injuries. It should be easy to obtain benefits if you are inured on the job; but, unfortunately, that is not always the case. Employers and insurance companies are protecting their own bottom line. They may attempt to dispute your claim or minimize the benefits you receive.
Our Atlanta workers’ comp attorneys at Hasner Law are here to serve as advocates for injured workers. We are not afraid to go to trial to fight aggressively for the benefits you deserve if necessary.
An initial consultation with our firm is always free of charge. We work on a contingency fee basis; you pay us no fees upfront when we represent you in your workers’ comp claim. Do not settle for less than you deserve after an on-the-job injury or occupational illness. Contact us today for the legal representation you need!
