Stephen Hasner, Esq. is the founder of HASNER LAW. He has more than 15 years experience in workers' compensation and personal injury law. He is a graduate of Florida State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Risk Management and Insurance in 1993. During his second year of law school, Mr. Hasner received the highest honor scholarship to intern at the Florida House of Representatives. In 1997, he earned his Juris Doctor at St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida.
Mr. Hasner began his legal career representing employer and insurance companies in workers’ compensation claims. Today, he utilizes that experience and knowledge in his current representation of only employees. In 2003, he became a partner of Hamilton & Hasner, P.C., devoting his practice exclusively to represent injured workers. Mr. Hasner is passionate about serving the injured and helping their families through a difficult legal and medical process. He is a trial attorney who enjoys the litigation process.
Mr. Hasner aggressively represents his clients and puts their interests ahead of the firm. He takes great pride in caring for his clients and fights for the benefits and medical treatment they deserve. He has successfully represented hundreds of employees in both catastrophic and non-catastrophic claims. Mr. Hasner and his staff will not pressure clients to settle their claims before they receive the treatment necessary to become medically stable. Mr. Hasner empowers his clients by consistently informing them of their rights and making recommendations through the entire process. He has a team of top-notch case managers, and he limits their case load so clients receive the best service from HASNER LAW.
Mr. Hasner has spoken at various Workers' Compensation seminars and is active in his community. In 2006, he became a co-founder of the Rayo de Sol ministry. Rayo de Sol is a non-profit organization that enables impoverished Nicaraguan children and families in underserved communities to break the cycle of poverty through programs promoting education, nutrition and health, and community development.

Tracee R. Benzo

Tracee R. Benzo is a senior litigation associate at HASNER LAW. She has over 10 years of experience in the workers' compensation field. She currently practices in the areas of workers’ compensation and personal injury law.
Tracee serves on the Executive Board of The Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, The New Lawyers Division of The Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and The Young Lawyers Leadership Academy (class of 2010). She was also a member of the Executive Board of The Gate City Bar Association.
Tracee graduated with distinction from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, Georgia while working full-time. While attending law school, she served as President of the Black Law Students Association and was a member of the mock trial and moot court teams. In addition, Tracee was the Legislative Review Editor for The John Marshall Law Journal.
Tracee is a previous GABWA Scholar, Gate City Bar Scholar, Dekalb Lawyers Scholar and recipient of the Leadership Institute for Women of Color Scholarship. She earned second (2nd) place at the Regional American Trial Lawyers Association Competition in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Prior to law school, Tracee worked as a workers’ compensation litigation paralegal for six years after completing a leadership development program in workers’ compensation with Travelers & Citigroup located in Alpharetta, Georgia. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and Speech and Communications from Clemson University in 2001 and her paralegal certification from Dekalb Technical College.

Marilyn Campanella-

Marilyn Campanella has been a case manager on the HASNER LAW team since 2006. She has over 18 years of experience in the workers' compensation field. Marilyn began her career working for several insurance companies in various positions. She has performed roles as a claims adjuster, claims supervisor, and claims manager. Marilyn is extremely organized and very efficient at her job. She takes pride in guiding her clients through the difficult workers' compensation process. Clients have full confidence in her hard work and dedication to their cases.
In 1992, Marilyn received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology from Florida State University. In 2000, she received her Master's of Science degree in Counseling from Georgia State University.
Marilyn enjoys reading, traveling, taking care of her cats, and spending time with her family.
Pirosa Merritt-

Pirosa Merritt has been a case manager with HASNER LAW since 2006. She is a graduate of the Paralegal Studies Program at Kennesaw State University. She was born in Lima, Peru, and is fluent in Spanish.
Pirosa enjoys being a case manager at HASNER LAW because it gives her the opportunity to work with the Hispanic community. Her clients rave about her dedication and hard work in getting the benefits and help they deserve. She treats every client with respect and goes above and beyond to serve their workers' compensation needs.
When she is not helping clients, Pirosa enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children.
Pam Hulsey-

Pam Hulsey has been with HASNER LAW since 2010. She has over 12 years of experience as a case manager. Pam joins the HASNER LAW team with many skills and knowledge in the legal field. In addition to workers' compensation law and personal injury law, she is highly experienced in civil litigation, criminal law, wills & estate, and domestic law. She has proven ability to work independently in all aspects of litigation and settling cases for her clients.
Pam is able to facilitate and expedite case settlements that award clients with the benefits they need. She is observant, intuitive and conscientious with great attention to detail. Pam has an immense ability to communicate with attorneys and clients. She interacts professionally, concisely, and effectively with her clients. Clients appreciate her deep knowledge and understanding of the workers' compensation law and trust her completely with their cases.
In 1999, Pam received her Paralegal Certificate from the Professional Career Developmental Institute. In her spare time, she loves to go camping and do other fun activities with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Erin Tankersley-

Erin Tankersley has been a case manager with HASNER LAW since 2010. She joined the HASNER LAW team with over 10 years of experience and a diverse legal background. Over the past decade, her skills and specialties have included workers’ compensation, personal injury, private equity, wills & estates, contracts, special districts, real estate, foreclosure, bankruptcy, bookkeeping, and payroll.
Erin plays an integral role on the HASNER LAW team with her organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. She has a high sense of diligence and ability to effectively multi-task several complex assignments with tight deadlines. Clients have appreciated her critical thinking skills and her ability to help settle their cases in a timely manner.
In 1994, Erin graduated from Clemson University with her Bachelor's of Science degree in Wildlife Biology.
Erin enjoys spending time with her family. She's coached fast-pitch softball and in years past, she coordinated the Southern Colorado High School Mock Trial competition.
Todd Allen-

Todd Allen has been a case manager with HASNER LAW since 2010. His experience and knowledge with analytics and negotiation have helped facilitate the settlement of several cases. Todd takes pride in his role as a case manager and plays an integral role on the HASNER LAW team. Clients have already grown to appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail on their cases.
Todd is a graduate of the University of Alabama. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Economics in 2003. After his undergraduate studies, he served in ministry for three years with an international Christian ministry, Campus Crusade for Christ. In 2008, he earned a Master's Degree in Real Estate from the University of Denver.

Jossy Huaman-

Jossy Huaman has been a legal assistant on the HASNER LAW team since 2009. She studied at Georgia Perimeter College and is currently attending the Paralegal Program at Kennesaw State University. Jossy was born in Lima, Peru, and is fluent in Spanish. She enjoys working with the Hispanic community and other clients on workers' compensation issues. She is hard-working, dependable, and self-motivated.
Jossy is also very active in the community. She has volunteered at MedShare International, a Christian non-profit organization, dedicated to sending surplus medical supplies to third world countries.
When she's not helping people at the firm or volunteering her time in the community, Jossy loves to spend time with her family and friends.
