Melodi Buggs has been with Hasner Law since 2012. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in 2006 from Florida A&M University. Melodi also received a certificate in Paralegal Studies from Clayton State University in 2010.

Melodi is a very responsible and caring paralegal. She will go the extra mile to help her clients and will do everything she can to make them feel comfortable. Melodi has a very strong knowledge and understanding of the legal process.

She is very family-oriented and spends a lot of time with her daughter and enjoys traveling.

Maritza has been a part of the Hasner Law team since April 2015. She has extensive knowledge in personal injury and workers’ compensation. Maritza is also fluent in both English and Spanish.

Maritza excels in communicating with her clients on the status of their cases and is passionate about helping each person.

Maritza graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida in Political Science and a minor in Latin American Studies. Outside of work, Maritza enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Brandie has been with Hasner Law since the Fall of 2015 and works in our Savannah office.  She previously worked as an investigator and victim advocate for the State Court Solicitor. Prior to that her legal work involved criminal law, family law, domestic violence and elder law.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies with a 4.0 from South University, which was her second degree.

Brandie is very thorough and fights for her clients every day.  When not helping clients, you can find this sci-fi lover reading or building ship models, Legos or dollhouses.

Ciarra Adams

Ciarra joined the Hasner team in 2017. She has been a paralegal for eight years, with experience in Workers’ Compensation, Administrative Law, Contract Law, and Labor and Employment Law.

She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a minor in Linguistics.

Ciarra is great at helping clients understand the status of their claims and desires to make a positive impact on each one.

Ciarra and her husband operate an independent filmmaking production company in their spare time and especially enjoy making films that advocate mental health awareness. Ciarra likes to travel internationally, but she also likes to stay at home with her family and pets.

Abigail Orellana

Abigail joined the Hasner Law firm with four years of diverse legal experience. Having worked in both the defense and plaintiff side of the law, Abigail brings with her extensive knowledge. She received her certificate in Paralegal Studies from The University of Georgia in 2015.

Her focus is personal injury and workers’ compensation law, and she has a passion for helping every client as best as possible. Abigail is also bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

Abigail enjoys spending time with her family and is an active member of her church.

Ingrid joined Hasner Law in July 2015.  She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Kennesaw State University in May of 2015 and is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Ingrid is excellent at empathizing with our clients, explaining our process thoroughly, and introducing them to the Hasner Team.

In her spare time, she volunteers in her church ministry as a youth leader assistant and in the worship group. She loves traveling and spending time in nature.

Alexis joined the Hasner Law team in May 2016 and works at the Savannah office. She came to Hasner Law with prior office experience, great organizational skills, and is always willing to help in any way that she can.

Alexis recently graduated from Armstrong State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry.

In her free time, Alexis enjoys spending time with her husband, working out, and going to the beach.

Jorge joined Hasner Law in 2015 as Marketing Director to support the firm’s Latino client base and the Latino community through service and education. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a Consular Representative in Atlanta for seven years after earning a law degree in 2007. Jorge has 10+ years of experience in serving the Latino community in the areas of immigration, criminal and civil law. He also possesses a solid background in International Law, Human Rights and Political Marketing.

He is committed to providing excellent and compassionate service to our clients before, during, and after the process of their claims.

Jorge is an active member of the Legal Marketing Association.

Holly Wiggin

Holly joined the Hasner Team in 2016 and comes with 10+ years’ experience in Recruiting, Bookkeeping, Human Resources, and Marketing. She received her Bachelor’s in Journalism from Northwestern University.

Holly’s favorite activity is spending time with her husband and three kids—whether that’s watching movies, at the beach, doing yardwork, or kayaking down the Cartecay River.  She is an active member at Woodstock City Church.  You can also frequently find her on a trail run with her family’s two rescue dogs.

Lorena Akigbogun

Lorena joined Hasner Law in February of 2018. She graduated from the University of West Georgia with a Bachelor’s in Criminology and a minor in Sociology. She has been working in Workers’ Compensation for over 3 years and also has experience in Immigration. She is fluent in English and Spanish and enjoys helping others–fighting for clients’ rights from beginning to end.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and traveling.

Leslie Flores

Leslie moved to Atlanta and joined Hasner Law in 2017. She grew up in Northwest Arkansas where she graduated from Bryan University with an Associate’s Degree in Medical Assisting. She came with a variety of client service work experience and is able to quickly determine how to best help clients.

When she is not working, you will find Leslie reading, swimming, hiking, and indulging in all the beautiful nature that Atlanta has to offer.
