Pearce W. J. Taylor joined Hasner Law Injury & Workers’ Compensation Attorneys after years of defending employers and insurers in Georgia Workers’ Compensation claims. With his extensive experience on the defense side, Pearce now uses his expertise to help injured workers navigate the system and secure the full range of benefits they are entitled to under Georgia law.

Pearce earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida, where he was also a member of the Cheerleading team. He went on to attend Florida Coastal School of Law, where he excelled academically and graduated Magna Cum Laude with his Juris Doctor degree. During law school, Pearce was an active member of the Moot Court team, participating in competitions nationwide and assuming a leadership role within the organization. He also contributed to the school’s leadership by serving on the Dean Search Committee, clerked for the Jacksonville Ethics Commission, and gained practical experience working at a law firm.

Pearce is admitted to the Georgia Bar and is authorized to practice in all state courts in Georgia. He was a presenter at the 2025 Georgia Workers’ Compensation Law Institute conference, where he led a panel discussion on motion and brief writing practice.

Outside of work, Pearce enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons, and pets. He is also passionate about camping, hiking, and CrossFit.
