Ashley Carbajal

Ashley is passionate about serving others, which is evident in her deep care for her clients.  She has more than 4 years of paralegal experience and excels at getting clients the help they need. 

She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Spanish. 

Ashley enjoys learning about other cultures, reading books, and hiking in her spare time. She also spends a lot of time with her family. 

Ashley Jimenez

Paralegal |

Ashley Jimenez joined Hasner Law in February 2019. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Georgia Southern University in May of 2018. During her time at Southern, Ashley interned at the Georgia State Capitol where she was able to assist some of the state representatives. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Science in Criminal Justice and plans on graduating in May of 2019. Ashley is fluent in both English and Spanish. 

During her free time, she enjoys reading new books and spending time with her family and friends.

Ciarra Adams

Senior Paralegal |

Ciarra joined the Hasner Law team in 2017. She has paralegal experience in Workers’ Compensation, Administrative Law, Contract Law, and Labor and Employment Law, since 2009.

She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a minor in Linguistics.

Ciarra is excellent at helping clients understand the status of their claims and desires to make a positive impact on each one.

Ciarra and her husband operate an independent filmmaking production company in their spare time and especially enjoy making films that advocate mental health awareness. Ciarra likes to travel internationally, but she also likes to stay at home with her family and pets.

Claudia Ayala

Legal Assistant |

Claudia recently completed her Associates of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies.  Her dream is to one day attend law school. She is instrumental in supporting our paralegals and is learning everything she can about Workers’ Compensation law.  

Outside of work, you will find Claudia spending time with her family or volunteering at her church. 

Cristal Contreras Kragulj

Cristal joined Hasner Law in July 2019, and since 2012 she specializes in the personal injury field.  Cristal strives to provide an exceptional client experience during what can be a very difficult and trying time. 

Cristal graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2010 and received her certificate in Paralegal Studies in 2015 from University of Georgia.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, and camping. 

Elizabeth Weinberg

Intake Manager |

Elizabeth’s outgoing personality immediately makes our clients feel welcomed and cared for during the intake process. The combination of her three plus years of legal and extensive customer service experience help her to serve our clients with knowledge and heart.  

She hails from Miami, Florida, and holds a Paralegal Certificate from UGA and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a concentration in Legal Studies. Elizabeth is a lover of music, art, animals, and walks in the woods.  She is also an active participant in LARP (live action role play) in the Atlanta area. 

Gladys Calvo

Administrative Assistant |

Gladys may be the first person you speak with at Hasner Law, and she will quickly make you feel like family.  She has great empathy for people going through difficult times and her genuine concern and care for our clients is displayed daily.  

An animal lover, she came to Hasner Law after working four years at the Animal Control Center.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Paralegal Certificate. She is a huge fan of the Impractical Jokers but thankfully hasn’t pulled any jokes on her coworkers. Her two teenage boys have her heart and any time outside of work is spent with them and her parents.  

Holly Wiggin

Office Manager |

Holly joined the Hasner Team in 2016 and comes with 10+ years’ experience in Recruiting, Bookkeeping, Human Resources, and Marketing. She received her Bachelor’s in Journalism from Northwestern University.

Holly’s favorite activity is spending time with her husband and three kids—whether that’s watching movies, at the beach, doing yardwork, or kayaking down the Cartecay River.  She is an active member at Woodstock City Church.  You can also frequently find her on a trail run with her family’s two rescue dogs.

Ingrid Mejia

Marketing Coordinator |

Ingrid joined Hasner Law in July 2015.  She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Kennesaw State University in May of 2015 and is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Ingrid is excellent at empathizing with our clients, explaining our process thoroughly, and introducing them to the Hasner Team.

In her spare time, she volunteers in her church ministry as a youth leader assistant and in the worship group. She loves traveling and spending time in nature.

Jorge Ramos

Business Development Coordinator |

Jorge joined Hasner Law in 2015 as Marketing Director to support the firm’s Latino client base and the Latino community through service and education. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a Consular Representative in Atlanta for seven years after earning a law degree in 2007. Jorge has 10+ years of experience in serving the Latino community in the areas of immigration, criminal and civil law. He also possesses a solid background in International Law, Human Rights and Political Marketing.

He is committed to providing excellent and compassionate service to our clients before, during, and after the process of their claims.

Jorge is an active member of the Legal Marketing Association.

Judith Martinez

Marketing Director |

Judith’s marketing experience expands over two decades and she is a 4x Emmy Award Winning Content Producer and Anchor.  She has been part of leadership teams that launched a bilingual web/print publication, an Emmy award winning Newscast, a Social Venture to empower women, and the fastest growing digital Spanish news media platform in the U.S.

Judith’s goal is for Hasner Law to make a positive impact in our community through the firm’s core values: treating clients like family, offering compassion in a time of need, securing maximum benefits for victims who have been injured, and doing everything with excellence and integrity.   

A native of Monterrey, Mexico, Judith has lived half of her life in Georgia. She is a regular speaker in conferences focused on women’s empowerment, marketing, diversity and leadership. One of her missions in life is to inspire and motivate people to re-invent themselves—especially middle-aged women.  She produces and hosts a podcast called Reinvent Yourself (Reinventate!) during which she interviews remarkable people.

Melodi Adegbite

Melodi Adegbite has been with Hasner Law since 2012. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in 2006 from Florida A&M University. Melodi also received a certificate in Paralegal Studies from Clayton State University in 2010.

Melodi is a very responsible and caring paralegal. She will go the extra mile to help her clients and will do everything she can to make them feel comfortable. Melodi has a very strong knowledge and understanding of the legal process.

She is very family-oriented and spends a lot of time with her daughter and enjoys traveling.

Shanequé Gordon

Paralegal |

Shanequé has eight years of paralegal experience and came to Hasner Law after working in the Major Crimes & Criminal Law Divisions under the District Attorney’s office. Wanting a change of pace, she decided to join the Hasner Law team to further her law knowledge in the civil realm of Workers’ Compensation.  She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Saint Leo University. 

Shanequé’s strength is making our clients feel comfortable throughout the process of their claim.  She genuinely desires the best for her clients and readily makes herself available to her clients anytime they are in need. She loves to travel (Jamaica is her favorite place so far) and she has some great dance moves.  

William Garcia

Senior Paralegal |

William Garcia came to Hasner Law with more than 15 years of litigation paralegal experience. William has a passion for helping the injured and their families. 

He is also an advocate of troubled youth and has served as a mentor for Big Brothers and Big Sisters. He also has coached several youth basketball recreational and high school teams.  William holds a black belt in Aikido and Judo and has volunteered for more than a decade teaching martial arts.

In his spare time, William enjoys fishing, coaching his daughter’s travel basketball team, and traveling with his family.

William received a Paralegal Studies Certification from Florida International University. He has experience in criminal justice working as a certified corrections officer and Correctional Emergency Response (C.E.R.T) team member of a maximum-security prison in Florida.

Yazmin Rodriguez

Senior Paralegal |

Yazmin has more than 16 years’ experience of helping injured workers and does so with deep understanding and compassion. Prior to entering the legal field, she served in the Army Reserve for 8 years as an administrative clerk. While in the Army Reserve she received an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from the Catholic Pontificial University of Puerto Rico. 

Her spare time is spent with family and friends, hiking and travelling. Yazmin is the proud mother of two adult daughters.  She loves animals and recently rescued a 4-year-old, 85-pound dog named Diego.
