Bennie Amey III, better known as Blanco Brown, spent more than 12 hours in surgery following a head-on collision in Atlanta. According to reports, Brown is currently in ICU, but he may require additional surgeries to treat the accident injuries.
The car accident happened near Fairburn Road SW and Mays Crossing on August 31, 2020, around 11:18 p.m. Brown suffered severe injuries and was unable to provide a statement to the police at the accident scene.
According to the police, the other driver said that he was driving north on Fairburn Road. The driver said that he saw what appeared to be motorcycle headlights headed toward him in his lane. Allegedly, Brown may have crashed head-on with the car.
The accident was still under investigation at the time of the news report.
