Hasner Law is proud to announce that Attorney Judy Blackwell was recently elected as a Fellow of the College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Class of 2023
The College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers was established to highlight the top workers’ compensation attorneys in each state. Only attorneys who have practiced law for twenty years or longer are eligible for nomination to the College. Attorneys must have significant evidence of scholarship, lecturing, teaching, and/or publications in the area of workers’ compensation law.
Fellows in the College possess the highest level of:

- Professional Expertise
- Leadership
- Ethical Standards
- Integrity
- Character
Fellows are required to take the following oath to earn Fellowship in the College.
Only a handful of attorneys in each state are elected as Fellows to the College. Hasner Law is so grateful to see Judy’s dedication to workers’ compensation clients rewarded. We cannot think of a more deserving professional.
Judy has been specializing in this area of law since 1984 and has even served as an Administrative Law Judge with the State Board of Workers’ Compensation — where she presided over 500 workers’ compensation cases.
