The College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers was established to highlight the top workers’ compensation attorneys in each state. Only attorneys who have practiced law for twenty years or longer are eligible for nomination to the College. Attorneys must have significant evidence of scholarship, lecturing, teaching, and/or publications in the area of workers’ compensation law.

Fellows are required to take the following oath to earn Fellowship in the College.

Judy has been specializing in this area of law since 1984 and has even served as an Administrative Law Judge with the State Board of Workers’ Compensation — where she presided over 500 workers’ compensation cases.
